A bobo bistro in the residential Monteverde neighbourhood, specialising in natural wines, i.e. made without adding or removing anything during winemaking. Vintages are changed weekly. The cocktails are excellent, especially for mezcal lovers. The bartender is a whizz at making boozy sorbets to order.
