The Omni Grove Park Inn is a historic Inn in Asheville. It has been visited by presidents and movie stars alike. In the fall, gingerbread houses adorn its halls, and as Christmas nears, there are beautiful Christmas trees throughout. People stroll its halls, sit and chat in front of the massive fireplaces, shop in the cute shops there, or dine in one of their fabulous restaurants. Typically Friday night is seafood buffet night at one of their restaurants. This is one of our favorite spots for a special occasion. *Reservations are required for the restaurants.

Asheville's historic inn. If you don't do anything else besides grab a drink in the lobby bar, it would be worth it. Otherwise they have some great restaurants and a world class spa.
