The 3rd is an upscale down to earth neighborhood. The bars and restaurants are very welcoming. Upscale shopping, wine and art bar to thrift store shopping are all offered in this neighborhood. Don’t forget about the Milwaukee Public Market because it’s a staple in this neighborhood. .
