It's part of a chain... but a good part. The Five Horseshoes is more restaurant than pub, with little bar seating, but one isn’t expected to eat. The food is quite diverse and reasonable value. I suspect much of it is ready prepared but I may be mistaken. There are plenty of circular walks that start and end at Little B so it’s a good walking pub.
