There is a beautiful walking trail all around the island. You will walk through woods and along the shore. It took my son and I 3 hours and 45 minutes to walk with a few breaks to rest and take pictures. We saw irises, pitcher plants, and gorgeous views of the ocean and a lighthouse in the distance. It is not a difficult hike, but rather moderate to easy overall.
