Hilo Sharks Coffee is a cool coffee shop located in Honomu. The owner (Sharkey) has a farm where he grows cacao, coffee and vanilla, and he even offers chocolate making classes (by appointment). Limited breakfast and lunch selections are available. Hours have been unpredictable since COVID, call in advance if you’re making a special trip.
