Visit the Condado Lagoon and rent a paddle board. You'll love it. No training needed. There's also another place that offers paddle yoga and moonlight paddle. Search for "Paddle Yoga Puerto Rico.

starting Kayak rental for two people: $30 SUP board rental: $20 All rentals include two hours and basic training. Located at Parque Benitez in the Condado Lagoon, San Juan Paddleboarding offers SUP board rental as well as kayaks. No reservation is required and we're open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
