Ferry.nyc terminal on 90th street. For only $ 2.75 (same as subway and buses), you can enjoy the amazing views of the city. If you plan on taking different routes, ask for a transfer so you don't have to pay twice.

I never ever get sick of riding this ferry. The views of the city are amazing! It's also a really fun way to get into lower Manhattan. There's an entrance to the ferry on South 8th street. It's maybe a 10 minute walk from the apt.

For $4, you can take the East River Ferry from North 6th & Kent Avenue. You can take it to mid-town Manhattan or south to DUMBO (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass), Brooklyn, or to the last stop, Downtown Manhattan.

ferry to manhattan, gpoint, south in bklyn, besides smooth transport, it is a really nice way to ride!
