World famous chef Anthony Bourdain was in Porto in February of 2017, to film an episode of his popular CNN TV show ‘Parts Unknown. His trip to Porto saw him tasting several traditional dishes, such as ‘Tripas à Moda do Porto’ (Porto-style tripe) at A Cozinha do Martinho restaurant.
