1. Local 2. Super easy access - right off of the 14 freeway. 3. Expansive with so many different trails that descend and acsend so its great for burning calories. 4. Solitude - only 3 other hikers and 4 mountain bikers on the trail. 5. Lots of birds of prey to watch
