Outside Training area free of charge by the waterfront.

Outdoor gym. I use to run along the trail at the waterfront of south-west Södermalm towards Tantolunden, turn back and end up at the gym for some great outdoor exercise. There is also an outdoor gym at Tanto strandbad.
