Vrbnik is well-known for an indigenous wine sort called zlahtina. There are several wineries placed in the city and a wine-hotel. Tourists can taste and buy zlahtina in wine shops as well as enjoy it with fresh food in the old-town restaurants.

It is a beautiful small city on the cliff and the beach underneath. Nice for climbers and others.
