Our favorite outdoor water park with slides, kiddie pool and lazy river. Lots of chairs, but you can bring your own blanket/chairs. Can get very busy on the weekend. Great "wave" pool with strong waves. Variety of snacks / smoothies / ice cream. Affordable! $12/person or so.

Located in Bunker Hills Regional Park, Bunker Beach Water Park is a summer oasis for families. The park features a 25,000-square-foot wave pool with three-foot waves, six exciting waterslides and two body slides, a large adventure pool with zero depth entry, 10-foot Aqua Climb Walls, and a delightful 900-foot lazy river. There's also tube rentals, a sand play area, volleyball courts and two concession areas - Breakers Snack Shack and Tidal Wave Cafe. Bunker Beach is open seasonally June through Labor Day. Check the website for deals and discounts such as half-price admission days.
