This is an intermediate level hike with epic views. We love to pack snacks and have a picnic near the lake.

This is the best hike in the area. Strenuous, but worth the effort. 4 miles each way.

A spectacular 8 mile round trip hike in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. This hike is extremely popular and parking is always an issue. It is advisable to arrive at the trailhead as early as possible.
