Nomad Coffee Lab & Shop

My friend Jordi Mestre, an award-winning barista and a great host, owns this laboratory and coffee shop. He’s the expert in town. It’s a great spot for those who want to learn more about coffee or just to enjoy an expertly made cup. Each coffee has its own recipe—they adjust the weights, temperatures, and infusion times to get the best results. They teach great coffee classes, too, if you want to learn more—filter coffee, specialty coffee, espresso grind and preparation, and even latte art.
