During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 5€ pp to land on the island).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi making. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. I will share with you the history of my family farmhouse, the information and little secrets behind each ingredient and dish. Discover the local traditional cousin of Agerola and the Amalfi Coast enjoying dishes made with organic ingredients produced in our farmhouse and two types of home-made organic wine: Aglianico and Catalanesco. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. After making mozzarella, we will start to 'Mettere le mani in pasta', meaning we will be making gnocchi. In this way, you will have a typical dish called Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade fresh gnocchi and mozzarella. This experience also includes a pice of local dessert and limoncello. Seguirà il taglio e la preparazione del sugo allo "Scarpariello" con il tipico pomodorino Piennolo che donerà quel tocco di unicità al piatto! Ci sposteremo subito in cucina ad emulsionare gli ingredienti essenziali per il tipico gelato al Limone di Amalfi e riporlo nel freezer. Admiring the Amalfi coast from the sea is a unique experience that you can’t miss when you are in this wonderful place. Doing it with one of our tours will make everything even more magical, thanks to the experience and passion of our crew. We will meet you at the meeting point, welcome you on board and begin our tour by sailing towards Positano, discovering natural arches, hidden caves and beaches reachable only by sea. The crew will show you and tell you the stories of the places of particular interest along the route. There will be stops to cool off in the crystal clear waters of the Amalfi coast; the staff will show you the best places where you can dive and you will be provided with snorkeling equipment, floats and towels. There will also be drinks on board(soft drinks, prosecco, beer, limoncello), snacks and fresh fruit that you will be able to taste, enjoying the breathtaking view of the coast and with the waves in the background. Once you arrive in Positano, the crew will be happy to take a photo of you with the city as a background to keep in memory of the fantastic day spent on the water. Then the navigation will continue to the Amalfi route and we will return, with an incredible experience to add to our life baggage and new friends. We will walk from Maiori to Minori or viceversa via the Lemon path, than we will come back via the normal road in a loop hike or other options. If you want, we can hike the upper part of the Lemon path cause we will reach the Convent San Nicola at 500 m altitude. From there the view will be amazing. The 4 Ds of the walk are: Distance : 4 kms Duration: 2 hours Diffuculty : E/T Dislivell: 200 m During our walk we will stop in a garden to admire some lemon gardens. We will see the typical Sfusato lemon from the Amalfi coast. Private gardens only open from April till October. Ask me anytihing you like about the Amalfi coast and I will give you many tips. During the hike I will show you Maiori, Minori and the Amalfi coast. In the Summer and Spring time you could also swim in Maiori or Minori beach. So you could bring the Swimming suite. In the afternoon we might walk the Sunset tour. "great for groups", "great for teams”, and “great for team-building".

La nostra esperienza avrà inizio dal Porto di Amalfi, il cuore della Costiera Amalfitana! Partiremo verso Est, dove conosceremo uno dei più piccoli borghi d'Italia, Atrani; proseguendo giungeremo a Marmorata con la sua bellissima cascata naturale; andando verso Minori, riusciremo a vedere dal mare anche la città di Ravello, conosciuta per le sue ville che vi consigliamo di visitare; infine arriveremo a Maiori dove troveremo la grotta Pandora. Da qui cambieremo rotta, passando per la grotta di Sant'Andrea (all'interno di essa c'è una spiaggia che si può raggiungere solamente a nuoto) e Conca dei Marini. Durante queste tappe potremo ammirare la villa in cui ha vissuto la famosa attrice Sofia Loren e fermarci in uno dei tanti ristoranti sulla spiaggia per assaporare le prelibatezze locali. Più avanti scopriremo la Grotta dello Smeraldo (ticket non incluso), conosciuta per il colore magico delle sue acque che cambiano colore a seconda delle condizioni climatiche. Proseguendo troveremo il Fiordo di Furore, caratteristico per il suo arco naturale in roccia, e Praiano, dove ci aspetterà un altra grotta, quella dei Pirati. Finiremo il nostro viaggio arrivando alla bellissima Positano, dove potremo fermarci per visitarla e perché no, fare un po' di shopping!
