Salsa. For me, the make-or-break is all about the salsa, and they deliver. Spicy enough to make you drink some water (or margaritas!), and perfect to add to the rice and beans that come with most of the meals. Family owned, they also have a tequila bar featuring over 300 100% blue agave tequilas!
