A typical urban garden, designed realized in late 90's when there was the old central power station of the city. Of the original structure, only three chimneys are still in place so to name the garden. This area is a meeting point of urban culture in which skateboard and graffiti contests are held, as well as electronic music performances and, once per month, an artisanal food products market. At one end of the park it is possible to find a kids garden, playground, petanque and ping-pong. On this side there are alto a number of poplar trees planted.
