Foley's isn't in PCB but in Panama City it's a short drive but worth it. There is inside and outside seating. The inside is rather dark for a romantic meal. They have a great menu and is another adult place that I wouldn't bring kids. The food presentation is incredible! I love the Grilled Salmon with wild rice, asparagus and sherry beurre blanc, $24--also amazing is the Tarpon Dock grouper $28. I highly recommend both for first timers!
