An intimate jerk hut, that gives a quiet and interactive setting where you see jerk pork or chicken being prepared. If you have never seen this happen before, this is the place to be. The smoke from the special selected wood, can be seen spiraling upward from 🔥 while you see the mouth watering food being prepared. Scotches is the closest cultural Restuarant you will find near “Escape”. It is my favorite spot once I am in the area, and food is delightful. Try them out!🙃

The Scotchies by Drax Hall has an awesome setting worth tiki huts set in a garden environment. You get to see your food being cooked real-time and prepared right off the pimento wood-covered barbecue.
