Incredible hike just behind the cottage. Follow the giant slide of boulders and continue to the top of Sargeant Mountain.

Our favorite hike in all of Acadia, fairly strenuous with some scrambling, often less crowded. You can link up to Sargent Mountain to add to the experience.
