Don't let the name scare you, this beautiful beach is protected by a shark net during the warmer months. Located in the Sydney Harbour National Park, the beach offers a beautiful view of Sydney Harbour. We love to spend summers here, swimming and picnicking in the extensive surrounding parklands. Free car parking is available (be sure to follow the parking signs regarding rear-to-curb parking in some locations), or you could catch bus route 325 from Edgecliff Station. Sadly this location is not dog friendly.

Fantastic harbour beach with shark net in case the name causes concern! Beautiful spot with good restaurant and cafe, walks around the headlands.

Spectacular easy bush walk along the harbour. Do it mid-week if you can...in the sunshine.
