3.5 mile hike one way that is good for familes and all ages. Trail follows a creek for most of the way. You can also go on to the Upper Palisades Lake which is 5.2 miles from the Trailhead.

Beautiful train and fairly gentle incline. It is a few miles to the lower lake and you can continue on to the upper lake if you like.

Beautiful hike up the canyon! You can hike, ride horses, or even take a mountain bike. Just be sure to be bear aware and be mindful of the wildlife!
