One of the North's most acclaimed chefs has brought his award-winning tapas restaurant to Liverpool. Chef patron Simon Shaw has recreated the menu that's garnered recognition from the Michelin team and AA Rosettes, with a seasonal line-up of tapas, split into seafood, charcuterie, vegetables, and meat. Stand-out dishes include the likes of Bikini, a toastie stuffed with jamon serrano, truffle butter and Manchego, along with chargrilled octopus, patatas bravas, and meatballs in tomato fritarda sauce. To wash it all down, expect a strong list of Spanish wines and sherries.
