This is definitely the best beach in Cancun, it is 10-minute ride by taxi or bus, you will also find parking.

One of the most famous sightseeing spots in Cancun - the Mirador or Lookout , gives you a stunning panoramic view of Delfines Beach (Dolphins Beach). Also take a picture at the giant CANCUN letters as a souvenir.
