The de Young Museum, located in Golden Gate Park, is another must-see place. It has great exhibits, cool architecture, and a great view of the park from the top.

Rebuilt after our 1989 earthquake. It was designed by Herzog and de Meuron. The adjoining tower is free to the public. It has good views.
