Food and drinks are very good. They have typical Brazilian food, but with a very modern vein. I recommend, it is very close from the apartment, you can walk. The second floor is very intimate, you need to take off your shoes and sit on the carpet.

It is super close from the apartment. It is a little bit touristy, but as it is close and quite famous, I would recommend it. I suggest you getting the famous “Picanha a Brasileira” (it is a piece of meat, Picanha, that is given on a hot grill, so you can decide how raw you want it. It comes with typical side dishes) or the “Feijoada” that is a typical dish of beans and pork meat. Very famous, and it is usually eaten on Fridays.

It is a restaurant of a famous chef. There are more than one, I suggest you going to this one in Leblon. The meat is fantastic, you choose what cut of meat you prefer, and you have unlimited side dishes.

Very beautiful, and good quality Japanese restaurant. If you go there, try to go to the backyard, there is a beautiful aquarium in the floor, so you just eat above fishes.

In my opinion, the best beach in Rio de Janeiro. Fantastic. It is inside a condominium of mansions, but the entrance is allowed for everybody. You have to get there early, especially in winter. because there is no sun after 15, and the water goes up. It is very small, but beautiful. The only problem is to get there. If you don’t have a car, you can go by Uber (it will cost you a little bit, depending on the level of demand, you can check it on the app, but I think not less than 50 reais). To come back, it will be hard. Or you just talk to the driver and ask him to come around to pick you up, or you try to call with the app (but signal doesn’t work well), or you take a bus.
