Sightseeing
Lots of fantastic coastlines to be explored around the Pohutakawa Coast. Visit one of the national parks eg: Hunua Falls or Duders Park on the way to Maraetai beach and walk along one of the trails and go for a swim. Look at Dept of Conservation for more details
Take water and a daypack with snacks, choice of short walks (20mins) or longer 3-4 hours to visit the waterfall. Gorgeous cool bush-walks.
