Flanked by a boat launch to the north and a fenced dog beach to the south, Peach Orchard Beach provides all the ingredients for family fun including a playground, colorful waterpark and fire pits. Get your fill of Summerland history at interpretive stations, throw yourself into a game of volley ball, then cool off in the lake before picnicking at a table in the shade of the spacious Spirit Square gazebo. Walk down the path and visit Rotary Beach, with two wooden wharfs and a floating raft, Rotary Beach offers endless opportunities to relax, swim and rejuvenate.

The 90 minute round trip finishes at the famous Trout Creek trestle, which soars over 230 feet above the canyon floor. Enjoy views of Summerland’s orchards and vineyards. Listen to the resident banjo player and be entertained by legends from Summerland’s past. Stunning lake views abound as the Kettle Valley Steam Railway recreates the feeling of another time.
