The Darling Marine Center
This is The University Of Southern Maine Marine Biology Extension. It is located a short walk from my house and offers lovely hikes through woods down to the Damariscotta River, where you can enjoy a picnic with beautiful sunsets. And feel free to take a swim in the salty river.

This is our famous Lighthouse and is on the Maine State Quarter. Although beautiful all day long and in every season, it is best known for it's spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Note of warning, though climbing the rocks is fun, please be mindful of tides and rogue waves. Wouldn't want you swept out to sea
