It is only 15 minutes walk away from our home and offers very good Chinese food. You can eat in a beautiful garden with a great chestnut. They are open between 11 am nad 10 pm. It is the only Chinese restaurant in Slovenia that offers DIM-SUM Chinese slides.

Every (sunny) Friday between 10 AM and 9 PM, and until 10 PM in the summer, Pogačarjev trg square comes to life in various colours, flavours and aromas. The stands of Odprta kuhna have presented over a 100 restaurants from all over Slovenia and the visitors have tried close to a thousand different Slovenian and international dishes. You should deffinitly visit it, if you come to Ljubljana.

By the small lake within the park there is wanderful coffe shop with excellent Desserts. Tivoli park is connected with the city center, so you can rest there after staring sightseeing.

In the city center by the Parliament you will find our National Museum, worth a visit.
The National Museum of Slovenia displays the earliest musical instrument in the world, a 60,000-year-old Neanderthal flute, dugout canoe from the Ljubljana marsh, Egyptian mummy, the oldest gold artefacts in Slovenia and many other interesting objects. Beside they organise a lot of exhibitions and events, taht attract visitors from all around Slovenia and many turists.

In the covered part of the market are located some boutiques with clothing and footwear. If you are keen on easy shopping, this is definitely a place to visit.

About 10 minutes walk from Apartment Gečev is cosy little street market with fruits, vegetable, fish, meat and a lot more. You can by eco products and healthy food hire, too.
