Be sure to Lock up Bikes and Lock your Cars
St. Pete is a city, and just like in any city theft is a common crime. There is a huge bike theft problem in St. Pete. If you're renting or bringing your own bikes, be sure to be vigilant about locking them up every time you leave them. Always be sure to lock your car at night to avoid problems

The central ave trolley runs back and forth from the beaches to downtown and can easily get you from our place to either end of the pensinsula.
The Downtown Looper is FREE and great for exploring the entirety of downtown St. Pete
