Next to NoPa toward the east and Civic Center. Fulton is one of the borders of the park at the center of the ‘hood. It’s a bit of a steep hill to walk the park. If you make it to the top, there is a dog run, a play park and plenty of grassy areas plus a view of the “Painted Ladies” Great photo op with view down toward Civic Center Plaza and City Hall. Great picnic spot with plenty of food nearby from grocery to restaurants so you can dine with a view

Parking
Don’t park over anyone’s driveway with any part of your car or the accompanying red zone next to the curb cut. Find another spot. It’s not worth the karma or the possibility of a missing car (yeah, it happens: call city tow to retrieve) Read all parking sign within the block you are on and consider taking a photo of your parking spot. That gives you a time stamped bit of evidence. Curb your tires, on a downward slope tires point in and on a upward slope tires should point out then they might mistake your car for a local. Pay for metered parking as they enforce more there.

It’s all about layers
There are a lot of micro climates within Sf and beyond. Within SF, the temps average in the 60s range, even in the summer. So layer up with a tank, long sleeve and maybe even a jacket or sweatshirt. That way, if the sun comes out and you find a less breezy spot, you can take a layer off. If the fog rolls in and it gets misty and cool as it often does , you can add a layer and keep enjoying all SF has to offer.
