the redwoods are only 15 minutes away! we highly recommend taking a walk here. it's the best. map your way to “Sequoia Bayview Trail Trailhead” in "Redwood Regional Park" and follow the “Big Trees Trail” (the trail that veers to the right) to see northern california redwoods in their full glory. you don’t need fancy shoe since it’s a manicured trail. even if you only spend 15 minutes up there, i promise it will be worth it. i love an early morning hike when it’s still misty, though any time of day is great.
