This is a very cute neighborhood just 10 min from our home with great culture, food and lovely shops! It is right on the river with a stunning dog park and beach access. There is even a theme park perfect for the kiddos called Oaks Park!

Just 5 min North of the house, Downtown Milwaukie is a great little spot for some morning coffee, some antiquing and in May-October, every Sunday morning has a great farmers market to visit! There is also a gorgeous river park to take the kids and dogs too where you can watch the boats zoom by!
