The boat journey times between St Maarten and Anguilla will be approximately 45-60 minutes from the French Side Marina in Marigot.

The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (EC$). US Dollars are widely accepted also.

Public transportation (Buses) are available around the island and are more affordable than taxi. Buses can range between $1.00 - $3.50 depending on your route.
For being able to tour the island on your own time and at a more cost effective rate, it would be best renting a car.
