about trio Trio Restaurant at McMullen Creek Parkway and Rt 51, opened in January, 1992, and was the 15th restaurant designed by Shank & Gray Architects, Charlottesville, Va. Trio’s mission is to serve quality food with friendly efficient service in a beautiful environment. Teamwork and cooperation are emphasized in all areas. Managers serve as role models and it is the rule rather than the exception to see managers pitching in whenever needed in the kitchen, at the bar, and in the dining areas to be sure that customers receive prompt friendly service.
