This Taiwanese import is a great place to explore a diverse menu of dumpling, noodle, and rice dishes. The delicate juicy soup dumplings are indeed worth a try, and the shrimp and pork shao mai are great choices too.

While dumpling and noodle quality has slipped due to centralization of the production process, this is still a decent place for all things doughy — including xiao long bao and the fried version, called Q-bao here — at fairly reasonable prices.
