Open every night, this is a huge coffee shop (one of my favorite places to work). They have about 5 ping-pong tables, so this is a great space to hang out or go on a date.

The absolute cheapest coffee & tea in the city (at least to my knowledge). The owners are super cool & use the building as a trade school (barter things other than money for classes). They have a pay-it-forward jar which provides a hot cup of coffee for the local homeless who are welcomed by the guests draw-in & atmosphere they create here.
