Their food is always top notch and consistent. I love the shared plates so we get to try more dishes! My favourite has to be the duck tacos... just so delicious and the front of house staff are awesome and knowledgeable.

My favourite go to place. Sitting overlooking the lily pond in The Glasshouse with delicious food and really good, well priced wine. Then you can walk off the food on the Sculpture Trail.

For some odd reason this still comes up as The Bistro! However, overlooking the river in Warkworth Bamboo Asian Canteen is a compact and beautifully decorated space with amazing food for sharing with friends, a great selection of cocktails, sake and wine and has become one of my favourite go too's.

However, overlooking the river in Warkworth Bamboo Asian Canteen is a compact and beautifully decorated space with amazing food for sharing with friends, a great selection of cocktails, sake and wine and has become one of my favourite go too's.
The Warkworth Hotel was built around 1862 and was lovingly renovating lastly in 2020 and restored to former glory. The photographs of the area are incredible including one of an elephant being washed in the river. The food is English Pub with a twist of kiwi flair. From small to large sharing plates, desserts such as the Chocolate Terrine with booze cherries and a great selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

Just a great place for a beer and snack
Wow.. 8 Wired Barrel Works is now doing happy hour Wednesday to Friday with $8 dollar happy hour drinks and food specials
also.
Depending on which day you can get a half price pizza, burger and on Friday a gorgeous flat bread plus a beer for $20...
Sean and Lexie behind the bar are awesome, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about all the beers!
