The nearest laundromat is "Easy Wash Laundromat" just 2 1/2 blocks away at 1-3 Cowan Street in the Pompallier Centre on the NW corner of Ponsonby Road and Cowan Street. Washers are $4-$10 depending on size and settings, and Dryers are $1 for 4 minutes. There is no change machine or soap dispenser in the laundromat so coins should be obtained at the ANZ Bank and laundry soap is available at the Superette at 292 Ponsonby Road.
