They have a chicken or steak that is covered in a peach sauce that I know sounds odd but is really good. More on the expensive side. I would not bring kids. More suited for adults who want to dress up from boots and jeans.

We have known the owner, Dolores, for a long time. If you’re in Julian, I highly recommend the drive to Lake Cuyamaca. Besides home-made pies, she makes lunch and dinner and you can dine on the deck with a view of the lake. You can also go walking around. If you want to go fishing, you can rent a boat and do so.
