Taxis are always cheap and available.
Getting about by Taxi: The Taxi service is good, and you can order cars from Taxi More (19730) or Taxi Maestro (19530), and ask then to pick you up at “the first house below the church of St Thomas in Trebesin”. The ride is approx. 8 Euros. The ride to the centre of Herceg Novi goes first through the village of Podi, then Melljine roundabout, and then they can leave you at Karaca playground or at the Main Bus Station in Herceg Novi.

The boat Pajo can take you to Kotor. Happy Travel or Trend Travel can take you to Tara, Durmitor, Mostar, Ostrog, Skadar, Canyons or Ada Bojana and Dubrovnik. Other excursions: Mamula, Plavi Horizonti, Plava Spilja, Kotor, Lovcen, Cetinje, Trebinje, Kalardovo, Spanjola, Budva. You can rent the boat Boni or Pajo, or check the internet for Boat Rentals in Herceg-Novi. By the way: the most exciting and unique canyoning trip in the world is in Nevidio Canyon.

Remember to register with authorities upon arrival.
You need to register with a tourist office, using your passport and our home papers provided by Dara, within 24hrs of arrival. It costs approx. 2 Euro per day. You must do this, as you may otherwise get trouble on the way out of the country. Please give you passport to Dara, and she will register you.
