Upstairs, all the way to the back, out on their deck are stools facing the harbor where my favorite thing to do is order a bottle of champagne and a dozen, ice cold, local oysters!

One way to reach us on the Boothbay peninsula; Rt.27 So.
Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor are two separate municipalities.
We have one 4 way traffic light in Boothbay Harbor, where our only grocery store, Hannafords, is located. Across the street is a plaza with retail stores, etc. The laundry mat is located on the left before the plaza, as is a Walgreen's and gas station.
Hannaford's is about 2 miles, and takes about 40 minutes on foot.
Wheeler's Taxi Service (207-350-9983, 4pm - 2am) will help you out if you don't have a car.

Take the Novelty Ferry to Squirrel Island...
...or take a sail on the Appledore around the harbor. This area is best appreciated by being on the water. If you have a full day - early morning to late afternoon - take the Balmy Days out to Monhegan for hiking and sightseeing. It's breathtaking, and full of rich history and Maine culture.
