This whole house has been just restyled in an urban rustic ‘cafe’ style with luxury touches. It and the enclosed yard is for your use. There is a large capacity reverse cycle Reverse Cycle Airconditiong unit, for all year round comfort. The house is built in 1935 and shares that same vintage as many important buildings in Orange.

A Groovy urban cafe kitchen. Lots of choices of crockery so you find a cup or plate that you love. Exposed brick and cafe bench for your meals. Really comfy lounges. Laundry. The house is entirely double brick, with a fully insulated ceiling, hung with thick curtains, so it is snug.
The laundry has a seperate outdoor access, keeps the house quieter when using it. There is an indoor line as well as a hills hoist in the backyard.
