“Gym, yoga space, rock climbing wall, spa, restaurant… You want wellness and health, you come here! There is no way to come to this wellness centre and leave feeling like you’ve not paid your due to your mind, body and soul, literally, all bases are covered. Qi boasts a gorgeously sleek and modern building to go and relieve your stresses. The wall to climb is great, perhaps a good starting point for those inclined to take it up more seriously later, and did I mention the bathrooms? A great amenity, with lockers and its own steam room for decompression (this I know only from the ladies standpoint, fellas will need to check theirs out for themselves). After all the exertion, have a meal at their delicious restaurant; all healthy, all super fresh, all in line with their wellness mantra =)”

“El Bosque de Tlalpan is a protected natural area (ANP) that is located to the south of Mexico City, in the Tlalpan delegation, and one of its main urban forests. It consists of 253 hectares and the main roads that lead to the area are the Southern Peripheral Ring and the Insurgentes Sur avenue. Originally it was part of the extensive wooded area that surrounded Mexico City, although it is now completely immersed in the metropolitan area. Part natural forest and part tree nurseries planted during the twentieth century, the Bosque de Tlalpan also contains archaeological remains of the ancient city of Cuicuilco. Although the Tlalpan Forest was opened to the public in 1970 with the function of a zoo, which was completed until 1988, today it is used for the practice of various sports and family recreation. It has a house of culture, an athletics track, commercial premises and parking. The Tlalpan Forest area had a volcanic origin and contains a unique ecosystem in the world: xerophilous scrub and oak forest. Visitors to the Tlalpan Forest are mostly runners, with 63.5% of the total; followed by passers-by, with 13%, family groups, with 11% and sports clubs represent 10% .1”
