Join our tour and camp at our Mount Anderson bush camp for a night under stars in domes and swags in the beautiful Kimberley on our traditional aboriginal land. Our 1 night (2 Day Culture Tour) departs on Mondays. Dry season 12 May - 19 Oct 2014.
Monday nights only.
You will be camping in Jarlmadangah country, Mount Anderson Station. The red ridges of Mount Anderson are your back drop as you camp surrounded by the Kimberley bush and historic remains of the old Mount Anderson station. This site is well off the well trodden tourist trail, so far off that we will need to drive you there by 4WD. This 2 Day Culture Tour (1 night) includes all of your food, transport from Broome accommodation or Willare Bridge Roadhouse, camping equipment (2 man tent or swag each), sunscreen and insect repellent.
On this tour you will visit is our community Jarlmadangah and Mount Anderson station - where our fathers worked. This is just a small part of our traditional Nyikina Mangala land that spans from outside Derby all the way to Noonkanbah. Camballin and Looma are the closest towns.
