Spacious Lakefront Home:

This beautiful spacious home is the perfect getaway for large families or groups needing extra space (Sleeps 16). When you arrive by boat this beautiful home will immediately catch your eye in this majestic setting where the forest meets the water. Once docked in front of the boathouse make your way up the ramp to your home, you can't help but stop and look at the awe inspiring view from the deck where you will bbq and share meals with friends and family. Open the front door to a grand entrance where you will enjoy the stone fireplace and a gourmet kitchen. You'll be warm and cozy in the living room in front of your stone fireplace with a big screen tv and four full size couches. The game room is just off the living room that also doubles as your sixth bedroom with foosball, an arcade game, and card table. When it's time to turn in you have a beautiful master suite on the second level with a king bed and sitting area where you will enjoy morning coffee and a lake view. Next to the Master is the second bedroom with two queens and a full bed. Further down the hall is your third bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony, between bedroom two and three is a loft with couches, tv, and a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom is back down stairs on the main level with a queen bed next to the fifth bedroom with two twin beds, both having private entrances and a shared bathroom. The sixth bedroom at the opposite end of the house is also your game room with a twin futon and pull out twin bed. This room also offers a private or shared bathroom if you choose to close off one door. The expansive floor plan and private setting is sure to please the entire family.

Tenmile Lake is the largest and southernmost of a chain of lakes along the Oregon Coast south of the Umpqua River in the United States. The chain includes North Tenmile, Eel, Clear, and smaller lakes, which drain into the Pacific Ocean via Tenmile Creek. The lake is 8 miles south of Reedsport and 0.5 miles east of U.S. Route 101 near the community of Lakeside.

Tenmile Lake and North Tenmile Lake combined have been called "a premier largemouth bass fishery. In addition to largemouth bass, the shallow dendritic lakes with their complicated shorelines support populations of brown bullhead, bluegill, black crappie, coastal cutthroat trout, and stocked rainbow trout. Bass-catching tournaments are common at these lakes, and experts are able to catch 20 to 50 largemouth a day that weigh 2 to 5 pounds.

The two lakes, connected by the North Lake Canal, are used for boating, waterskiing, and swimming, as well as fishing. In Lakeside, near the outlet of Tenmile Lake, Coos County manages Tenmile Lakes Park. It has boat ramps, docks, a fish-cleaning stand, picnic tables, horseshoe courts, restrooms, and other amenities.

Jim Donohue is the owner/manager of iTrip Vacations Central Oregon Coast. He manages properties from Depoe Bay to Florence including Otter Rock, Newport, Seal Rock, Waldport, Yachats and Dune City.

Jim started his management career more than 30 years ago when he opened his first business in southern California then joined forces with D-7 Manufacturing. In the mid 1990s he manufactured LiftAll forklifts in Reno, Nevada. Over the years, Jim and his family vacationed on the Oregon Coast, but he always knew he would someday retire there. With a little persuasion from his daughter, he and his family made the move in 2013 to live out their coastal dreams.

Soon after arriving in Oregon, Jim accepted a management position with a growing vacation property management company. After 5 years managing vacation homes, he realized this was how he would spend the rest of his career. With his entrepreneurial spirit still in tact, he joined forces with iTrip Vacations.

After 6 months of research before joining iTrip Vacations, he realized there was no way for him to duplicate what they have created with their marketing and digital presence. He decided that becoming an iTrip Vacations franchisee was the best way to service his homeowners and guests. Jim looks forward to creating the best possible experience for rental guests and giving homeowners the confidence and peace of mind they can only get from a local business owner who also manages their home
