The family room overlooks the magnificent beachscape and we have created a space to gather on cozy couches for reading, relaxing, puzzles and games w/ xlarge coffee table. Relax and just gaze at the ocean and sunrises its quite meditative and soothing.
Every bedroom has TV for private viewing to catch a show and unwind from your day in the sun.
When you have had enough of the beach drive into St. Augustine for the historical tours, hundreds of boutique shops and over 300 restaurants. Anastasia Island or Jax Beach nearby for surfing vibe or even a drive to Disneyland and return back to your relaxing home.

The space is absolutely beautiful. A private multi-unit home , second floor is only space that is Rented. Private, secure 2nd floor fully furnished home with added fenced area at groundlevel for private access to the beach. This area is residential, therefore quite serene and this home cozy. The bungalow boho chic style interior and the views are quite magestic! There's really something for everyone to enjoy at this beach bungalow and the neighboring area has a lot to offer everyone. Beachcombers delight with shells, Fishing at oceanside or at the public riverside designated areas, golfing, over 300 restaurants, boutique shops, tours, history, ghost tours, pirate stories and most of all magnificent walks on your access to sandy beach for miles. Or just lounge on your four private chaise lounge chairs on your own private beach area which is designated for renters of this home only. Then walk a few steps more and bring your beach chair to the open private sandy beach area that leads to the vast Atlantic Ocean. The area is private, quiet, more residential beach area. Public access to beach is approx. 3 miles/30 minute walk from this private beach area.

Our recommendation, Just show up with your family/guest , bring your bathing suit and hat and take in the Ocean ... Breathe , Relax and Enjoy this unforgettable place. We are pleased to share this space, excited that we could creat it just for your enjoyment, to share make great lasting memories and we believe this is a place to recharge , and relax! Healing vibes are instant once you have witnessed a sunrise, seen or swam with dolphins, watched the pelicans glide by or feel the ocean breeze.

The entire second floor, accessed by your own private entry staircase. Open space living concept, equipped with
A/C , overhead ceiling fans in every room. 3 private bedrooms all with queen beds and equipped with TV. one queen bedroom with private half bathroom, Other two have bunk bed and extra bed and two more full bathrooms. Washer and Dryer in one bathroom which helps to pack less!! Oversized deck for dining large farmhouse table and lounging with 6 adirondak chairs and bistro table with 2 chairs. four Chaise lounge chairs on your own beach area before you get to the beach.
Occasionally owner will occupy private inlaw suite that is on ground level quietly tucked beneath the large upper deck. They will respect your privacy.
Driveway large enough to park two cars and extra when you have guest.
