The access is via the enclosed, lockable private garage for one car.
The apartment is on the 1st floor.

Room program 1st floor (47m²):
hallway, toilet, bathroom with shower, (living-) bedroom (couch 160x200) with kitchen, southside-balcony.

From the hallway you come upon a small internal staircase
to the open gallery (above the Kitchen) to the bedroom (20m²)
with doublebed (180x200cm).
The gallery may be closed to the living room with a wood panel.

Also located on the 1st Floor and to use only for you:
a spa room (22m²) with sauna and Jacuzzi.
